Returns & Exchanges

We accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges however if you receive a damaged or faulty product you should bring this to our attention via email at info@amorellalondon.com within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Customers must provide pictures of the damage, shipping label, internal and external packaging otherwise a refund will be rejected.

Personalised or custom products are not eligible for a refund.
