Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Any items that are rejected for delivery are not eligible for full refunds. These items are returned back with an additional shipping cost from the couriers. This additional shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount. 

Damaged products must be brought to our attention via email within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Customers must provide pictures of the damage, shipping label, internal and external packaging otherwise a refund will be rejected.

Personalised or custom products are not eligible for a refund. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact your bank to check if this has been processed before contacting us, there is often some processing time before a refund will show in your account.
